K-Electric launches a mobile application and a web portal for customers
In an attempt to improve its customer service, K-Electric has launched the KE Live application and a web portal to facilitate its customers.
The application helps to access a variety of services. After registering, the user will be able to access many functions such as billing details, historical data, comparative graphs of consumption of integrated units and downloads of duplicated invoices.
Other features allow the user to report on the theft of energy, submit complaints and obtain an update of the status of the live energy. The application also allows consumers to locate their nearest customer service center.
A few days ago, K-Electric updated its site electrical network station with reliable and efficient Geographic Information System (GIS) technology.
The power supply company has also received national and regional recognition for its efforts to maximize comfort for its customers through advanced digital solutions. In 2018, K-Electric won the Digi Awards in Pakistan for the second time.
He also won the “Best Use of Technology” award in the category “Best Customer Innovation” at the Genesys G-Summit Middle East 2017 held in Dubai. It was the first time that a Pakistani company claimed this award on the regional platform.
The KE Live app is available for Android and iPhone users in the Google Play Store and App Store. It can also be downloaded from the web portal: live.ke.com.pk.
