Sindh Government’s 2023 Paid Internship Plan Offers Exciting Opportunities for University Students. Meanwhile, the Sindh government wants to start a paid internship program for 200 students of public sector universities. This initiative, delivered by the provincial Department of Human Rights, aims to provide valuable learning experiences to young minds. In a meeting with officials of the human rights department, Acting Minister of Law Omer Soomro shared his thoughts on the program. He explained that he would focus on law and social science students, promoting a deeper understanding of these disciplines.
In a progressive move aimed at nurturing the talent pool of the future, the Sindh Government has unveiled its Paid Internship Plan for 2023, which promises to provide university students with invaluable hands-on experience and a chance to kickstart their careers. Empowering the Youth through Paid Internships
These internship opportunities will be extended to students residing in Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, Sukkur and Shaheed Benazirabad divisions. The Law Minister stated that a formal proposal would soon be sent to the caretaker Chief Minister (CM) for approval.
On selection, students will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000 each, and they are looking forward to it being lovely for those who want to contribute to human rights causes. Additionally, after completing the training, interns will have the opportunity to attend events that deal with various human rights issues, increasing their knowledge and participation in this vital area.
