Punjab University announces good news about online fee payment. Students are forced to visit and stand in long queues at bank branches to remit fees for various services of Punjab University. However, this will soon change as Punjab University has finally announced that its students can submit fees online, 24News reported on Saturday. Last month, the Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) introduced an online fee payment service to facilitate students.

BISE Lahore is now available on HBL-1 Bill Solution. Students/parents can now make payments including registration fees using any bank application/branch teller by adding ‘1001145011’ before the challan number. Earlier in July this year, the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) also integrated an e-payment service in its job application portal to facilitate candidates. Earlier, applicants had to visit the nearest branch of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) to present the job rates announced by PPSC.
