OGRA recommends Rs 14 per liter increase in gas prices
ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) recommended an increase of Rs14.37 per liter in the price of gasoline from May 1, the sources said Monday.
Private sources to the development said that OGRA has transferred the summary of the increase of the prices of petroleum products to the petroleum division.
The final division will be made by the Ministry of Finance with the consultation of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In its summary, OGRA has suggested an increase of Rs4.89 per liter in diesel prices, Rs7.46 per liter in kerosene oil and Rs6.40 per liter increase in the prices of light diesel.
