How to do pedicure to whiten your feet at home

We all like to brag about radiant skin. Women spend hours pampering their face and body, but neglect to pamper their feet. This results in intense tanning due to sun exposure or the use of different types of footwear. Just take a look at the skin tone of your face and feet, you will find a radical change in the appearance of both. Just as one must properly care for the face, giving proper care to pamper the feet is also essential to eliminate this intense tanning of the feet. Remember, no outfit looks perfect without a proper makeover of your feet. We agree that it is not possible to visit the salon every week and spend hundreds of dollars to get a bleaching pedicure. That is why in today’s post, we will tell you how you can do the bleaching pedicure at home with simple cooking ingredients.

Have a look:

1. Make proper cutting of nails:

First, dip a cotton ball in a nail polish remover and remove the nail paint. Take your pedicure kit. From the tools provided, use the nail clipper and give your nails the proper shape. Give them the proper shape in the corners with a nail buffer. This helps soften the edges in a rounded or square shape.

2. Soak your legs in water:

Now the next step is to remove dirt and impurities from the feet. For this, you must immerse your feet in a bathtub full of warm water. Add some mild shampoo to this solution. Keep your feet soaked for about 10 minutes. This helps soften hard skin and reduces swelling of the feet.

3. Cleaning legs and nails:

Take some warm water in a bucket and add half a cup of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of baking soda. Mix well and soak your feet in this mixture for about 5 minutes. This chemical-based solution has a natural bleaching agent that helps clear up persistent tanning of the feet. Now dry your feet.

4. Foot washing:

The next step is the exfoliation of dead foot cells. For this step, you should prepare a pedicure scrub for bleaching. Coming to the whitening clause, the use of lemon juice is the most important ingredient. To prepare this scrub, take a freshly cut lemon and add its juice to the sugar. You can also add some baking powder for better bleaching action. Apply this scrub on your feet and massage with circular movements for approximately 10 minutes. Use a toothbrush to thoroughly tan the sides of the nails. The bleaching action of the lemon lightens the tan and the sugar particles help exfoliate dead skin cells to reveal smoother skin. After washing your feet, dry it with the help of a towel.

5. Application of bleaching package:

Both ingredients have great bleaching power. To prepare this mask for whitening the feet, add some lemon juice, freshly peeled cucumber gel, rose water to Multani Mitti / gram flour. Mix all the ingredients well to make a thick and smooth paste. Apply the package to eliminate tanning of your feet in minutes; Wash it after 15 minutes. Dry your feet with pats.

6. Hydrate your feet:

This is the last step of the pedicure and ensures that your feet are well-nourished. Moisturizers help nourish the skin and maintain shine. It also helps eliminate dryness and hardness of the heels. For this step, any humectant would be enough. If you don’t have a moisturizer, you can also use almond/coconut oil for a few drops of lavender/rosemary essential oil and apply this on your feet.

7. Paint your beautiful nails:

To give a final touch to your feet and give a little protection, you must paint your beautiful nails. It gives a well-groomed appearance and protects nail polish. Start with a base coat followed by any nail polish you choose. Finally, cover your nails with a transparent top coat for better color and gloss duration.

So, here we come to the end of this whitening pedicure treatment. It’s really easy to do at home and it doesn’t take you long. Do this once a week and tell us about the results in the comments section below. And always stay beautiful and glamorous!
