A Chinese company launches its Ride Hailing application in Pakistan
A Chinese company is ready to present its online taxi service in Pakistan, observing the potential in the transportation market in the country. They will launch their new Buraq transport service on August 10 in six major cities in Pakistan.
This will put them in direct competition with the other two main transport services that already operate in the market.
Timesaco, the organization that presents the Buraq Taxi Service, has formulated a wide-ranging policy to attract users to its new service to help it be competitive since Careem and Uber are already functional in the market.
Donald Li, Director of Operations (CEO) Timesaco, said the service would initially offer a 10% discount on trips to educational institutions, medical centers and marriage halls.
He added that professionals who include teachers, army personnel and students would receive special discounts. Customers can download the application from the Google Play Store for instant services. The application can be found here.
